Double Functionality in One Step
Two Independent Spindle Groups: While one group is dedicated to the impeccable polishing of the straight edge, the second focuses on the precise execution of the small radius, both upper and lower, in a single pass. The so-called Pencil-round.

Advanced technology
A Vertical Calibrator and a Horizontal Calibrator are placed at the beginning of the bench to smooth out the edge and regulate the thickness of the slab being processed.

Following are 4 Bevels: The first upper bevel and the first lower bevel are equipped with a probe, diamond and mechanical block and have the double function of bevels and roughers to prepare the execution of the small radius. Followed by an oscillating spindle group for making small radius made up of 4 (or 6 spindles). To close the group of fixed spindles also equipped with swinging for the perfect polishing of straight edges.

The bench widening bar on the front completes the composition making it possible to process very large pieces.

Adaptability and Customization
